We are now accepting letting applications for our rented and Independent Living properties (older person’s homes). To keep both customers and our employees are safe, we have changed the way we carry out lettings – you can find more information about these changes below.
We are pleased to announce that we have also started processing mutual exchange applications again. However, due to the backlog that has built up, we have a significant number of applications to work through and this may cause a delay to our usual timescales. We will keep in contact with you to let you know we’re progressing your application and ask that you please limit contact with us so that we can focus on moving your application forward.

Please remember, you must not swap your home without the consent of all landlords involved and having agreed moving dates. If you do so, action will be taken and you are at risk of losing your home.
