This award recognises a person who has shown outstanding commitment to engage with Orbit by making positive contributions during Customer Engagement activities. These contributions have led to an improved community, neighbourhood or experience for all customers.
Criteria
A customer who has met one of the following
- Have engaged with Orbit, either in their local community or taken part in activities such as our webinars, focus groups, conferences or engaged via our digital engagement platform
- Contributed towards improving Orbit’s business plans, strategies or policies
- Taken part in scrutiny activities that holds Orbit to account and provided recommendations for improvement to the service they and other customers receive
- Champion engagement in their local community and support their personal development by taking part in training and events
- Networked within the sector to identify and share best practise on Customer Engagement
- Can demonstrate their contributions have made a real difference to Orbit’s services and improved other customers experiences
- Can demonstrate that their engagement has improved their scheme, local neighbourhood or community
- Helped Orbit to understand the customer experience and issues impacting on Orbit customers
