We organised a Mutual Exchange event in Norfolk, inviting local residents to come along and discover whether a home swap might work better for them.
What is Mutual Exchange?
Mutual Exchange is where two households agree to swap homes with each other. You can swap with another Orbit resident, someone with a different social housing provider or somebody else from a local authority.
It’s a permanent swap and could be a good option for you if you’re looking for a new home.

Our team were able to help residents by showing what was available in the Norfolk area.
The team found the perfect match for one of our residents who needed a smaller home. The new home happened to be on the same street they live on - making it a really easy and convenient swap.
