Completion of this form raises a SAFEGUARDING CONCERN to the relevant Community Safety and Anti-Fraud (CSAF) Team within Tenancy Services.
On receipt, the concern will be assessed and a decision made by that team as to whether a formal Safeguarding Alert should be raised with the relevant Local Authority or Safeguarding Board. Concerns involving Independent Living customers or employees will be referred by the CSAF Team to an IL Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) who will decide on next steps.
As well as providing a method to raise safeguarding concerns internally - this form will also be used to monitor levels and trends across the organisation.
