Your Service Charge Transactions
You’ve requested details of which services are covered by your service charge at Park East.
We’re pleased to be able to share reports with you on this dedicated webpage for your neighbourhood.
The reports cover all transactions for your building and the wider estate, over three service charge years: 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24.
Each service charge year runs from 01 April to 31 March.
Where can I find the service charge transactions?
There’s a document per building for every service charge year that your building has been occupied. Therefore, some buildings will have two documents (Ardwina Court, Centaur Court and Prerona Court) while others will have three (Sherwin Court and Niagra Court).
There are also three documents that cover the wider estate around the buildings – again, one for each service charge year.
The houses on Arthur Street are included in the service charge for the buildings they’re connected to.

Each document is a spreadsheet with information on the services provided both inside and outside of your individual building.
You’ll see the documents show the services everyone in that particular building benefits from, for example litter picking, safety testing and communal electricity.
There are also details of transactions for services you benefit from depending on which ‘core’ of the building is assigned to you. This is determined by which communal front door you use to access your property. The number of cores depends on the design of the building. For example, Ardwina Court has three cores, but Prerona court only has one. Typical ‘core’ service charges are lifts, emergency lighting and internal cleaning.
The documents for the wider estate cover services that everyone at Park East benefits from, such as gardening, litter picking and maintenance of roads and parking.
Who can I contact with my questions?
It’s important to point out that these documents include detailed information taken directly from our accounting system. We appreciate that relating these transactions back to your service charge statements may not be straightforward, but we’re here to help.
