You can get help and support in an instant by chatting with us online.
Look out for the icon in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen.
You can access a wide range of support through our virtual chatbot - Orbot, by typing a keyword or selecting one of the options from the menu.
We check Orbot’s knowledge base to constantly help improve and tailor the service to what you need the most help and support with.
If you have a more complex query or would like to speak to one of our team instead, you can do this at any time by selecting ‘Start live chat’ from the top menu of the chatbot or by simply typing ‘Live chat’ and pressing send in the message box of the chat window.
How to guide
Select the speech bubble icon at the bottom right of the screen, a new pop-up menu will open.
The box below will pop open.
From the menu, please select the option you would like more information about and additional details will appear (as in the myAccount example below).
If at anytime, you would like to go directly to a live chat with one of our Customer Support Hub advisors, please type ‘Live Chat’.
If you need help using Orbot, please select the ‘help’ option on the right hand side of the menu.
You can choose how you use live chat with Orbot. You can either type in your questions or if you click on the microphone at the bottom right, you can speak your questions and responses will be provided to you in the same way.
