Our focus is on our frontline teams, as they often work with customers on an individual basis to understand their circumstances and how we can best support them.
Recently, we spoke with Elaine Bradshaw, one of our Tenancy Services Officers based in the Midlands. Elaine walked us through what a typical day in her role looks like including dealing with changes to tenancies and breaches of tenancy agreements.
