Everything we do links back to our Customer Promise of helping our residents and communities to thrive – and we’re constantly looking for ways we can improve the way we work and deliver services to you.

However, in order us to make changes for the better, we need to know what’s important to you and what you would like to see us focus on. That’s where you come in… By taking part in our surveys, you can have the opportunity to have your say about the things that matter most to you and your community. It’s great to hear about what works well, so that we can keep doing it, but we also want to know what’s not working as well so that we can try and make it better.

Cost of living study

We know costs are rising and it’s impacting all of us. We’ve been working hard to support customers at this time through our Better Days support services, as well as providing advice and information through our Cost of living hub. We want to know if there is more that we can do to help!

We are launching a study on Monday 20 February 2023 that is focussing on cost of living and how it’s impacting you. Around 800 customers will have the opportunity to feed into this research. We are working with Marketing Means, a market research company who will conduct telephone interviews on our behalf. The interviews will run from Monday 20 February 2023 for four weeks, closing on Monday 20 March 2023.

Why have I been asked to take part in this survey?

We are inviting a number of customers to take part in this study. Marketing Means will telephone you and ask if you wish to take part. They will only proceed and ask questions if you are happy to provide feedback.

Will I be identified from the survey and how will my data be used?

No customer will be identifiable when the results are published and given back to us. The results will be analysed as a whole, or by region and will be used in line with our privacy policy

Can I opt out of receiving surveys?

Yes, of course you can. Your feedback is really important to us, but if you would rather not participate, that’s fine too. Details about your right to opt out can be found in our privacy policy Any customers that have already opted out are automatically excluded from the survey.

How do I know the person calling me is genuine?

If you want to check and make sure the call is genuine, please ask the person to call you back and give us a call on 0800 678 1221. You will never be asked to provide personal information such as your bank details.
