Working locally, leading together
Your Neighbourhood Managers work across customer services, property, and community teams so that supporting your community feels joined-up and personal. They lead on tenancy and neighbourhood management, specialist housing support, and local improvement projects – helping us get closer to customers and deliver a joined-up, personal experience.
Neighbourhood Managers want to get closer to customers so that they can:
Support you with your tenancy
Listen to local issues and ideas
Lead on improvement projects in your area
If you live in a Later Living or Supported Living scheme your Scheme Officer or Manager will continue to be your go-to person for anything relating to your home, tenancy, and community.
You will be able to find out which Orbit area you live in and who your Neighbourhood Manager is when we introduce a postcode search to this page in the coming weeks. In the meantime, you can see who your Neighbourhood Manager is by logging onto myAccount.
