We look after more than 6,700 homes across the Central Midlands. From busy city centres like Coventry and Wolverhampton to market towns and green spaces in Warwickshire and Staffordshire – this is your neighbourhood and we’re proud to support all customers across Central Midlands.   

We want to work with you to strengthen communities where people look out for each other and where all customers can feel safe, supported and part of the local community.

About your Neighbourhood Team

Working locally, leading together

Your Neighbourhood Managers work across customer services, property, and community teams so that supporting your community feels joined-up and personal. They lead on tenancy and neighbourhood management, specialist housing support, and local improvement projects – helping us get closer to customers and deliver a joined-up, personal experience. 

Neighbourhood Managers want to get closer to customers so that they can:  

  • Support you with your tenancy 

  • Listen to local issues and ideas 

  • Lead on improvement projects in your area

Your Voice and Community Events

We want to work with you to make your neighbourhood the best it can be. In the Central Midlands customers already:  

  • Join local forums, walkabouts and improvement sessions 

  • Share feedback through YourVoice 

  • Help shape new services and test new ideas 

  • Take part in events like community days, wellbeing workshops and housing panels 

Whether you’ve got five minutes for a survey, or want to come along regularly, your voice can make a difference.

Central Midlands Roadshow

We’d love to see you at our local drop-in event at Foleshill Community Centre, Coventry (CV6 5HS) on 6 October. 
There are two sessions so you can come along at a time that suits you: 

At the roadshow you can: 

  • Meet your Neighbourhood Manager and teams like Better Days, Orbit Earth and YourVoice 

  • Find out more about Everyday Excellence 

  • Share your ideas and feedback 

If a drop-in event isn’t planned near you, your Neighbourhood Manager or Scheme Manager / Officer may run smaller local sessions - so look out for chances to get involved.
