Information about the UKCSI customer feedback survey
Everything we do links back to our Customer Promise; helping our residents and communities to thrive – we’re constantly looking to improve the ways that we work and the services we provide. In 2020, we teamed up with The Institute of Customer Service (ICS) to help us better understand how you rate our services – and now we want to measure whether you’ve seen the improvements we’ve made as a result of your feedback.
The UKCSI (UK Customer Satisfaction Index) is the benchmark measure of customer satisfaction across the nation. It provides an objective, independent perspective of national customer satisfaction, and the survey itself is conducted by the ICS, the independent professional membership body for customer service providing market insight for the industry.
If I receive an email invite, what does the survey look like?
The survey will be sent via email from ukcsi@leadershipfactor.com, asking you to complete a short survey, which should take approximately five to ten minutes of your time. It will make a difference – we want to hear both the good and the bad news about your experiences.
If the email does not come from the email address above, please do not click on any links and do not reply to the sender. You should never provide personal information such as bank details through any online survey. If you are in any doubt as to the origin of an email claiming to be from Orbit or one of our partners, you can contact us on 0800 678 1221.
