On myBenefits you can view your Total Reward Statement and select benefits. Please note that if you access myBenefits outside of the Orbit network, you will need to enter your network username and password.
To log in simply type Orbit\your name in the domain/user name field and then enter your password (this is the same password you use to log on to Orbits network).

Healthy Mind First Aiders
Healthy Mind First Aiders are the first point of contact for all colleagues who are experiencing a mental health issue or emotional distress. This interaction could range from having an initial conversation through to supporting you to get appropriate help. They host regular ‘Listening Hours’ to talk to you confidentially and without judgement.
myIT is your one stop IT Self Service Portal available 24/7. It allows you to find answers, request help, log faults, check on the progress of your items, give feedback and suggestions or even reset /unlock your account.
You can access your work emails and calendar on any device, anywhere by using Outlook web app. To log in you need to use your Orbit email address and password. This is the same password you use to log on to Orbits network.
Out of hours toolkit
This online out of hours toolkit has been created to provide support and information to the Orbit Customer Support Hub and Duty Managers who are on Out of Hours call. Please note, you will have to be on the Orbit network to be able to view the toolkit.
Join the conversation with fellow Orbit colleagues on Yammer, a tool which works in a similar way to Facebook but is specifically for business use. When you join you will see the other members of Orbit who use Yammer in the same way you would see your friends on Facebook. You can post comments or share items with the network in the same way you would on Facebook.
If for any reason you are unsure of your login details please get in touch with our IT Service Desk on 8200 who will arrange for you to be sent some new details.
